What is Eudaimonia Coaching?
Eudaimonia Coaching is an open ended approach that puts clients as the experts in their lives as a starting point. The process starts with a focus of, ‘this is about you’. In this approach, you, are the expert who becomes your own coach on a path to transformation.

As a Coach I'm committed to changing lives for the better. It's about identifying what you want, what's in the way and how will you get it. It's about accessing your strengths and values, establishing empowering beliefs, creating solid structures, systems and supportive environment, creating new habits, opening up your power and accessing your greater possibility.

Putting all this into practice can be challenging as it is about beginning with yourself, we are so used to distracting ourselves from our lives that we may feel that if we dig a bit deeper we may not like what we uncover, yet it this inward shift that supports outward shifts. You are the one who chooses what you want from coaching.

Coaching is for anyone seeking to create some kind of change in their life whether it be at home or work or both. It is human nature to desire more out of life or to be better in life. Coaching may involve any area, personally and professionally, where you may want to have better relationships, higher levels of wellbeing, finding deeper meaning and purpose, more financial security or a deeper understanding of who you are.

Coaching may be:

Transactional Coaching designed to address specific issues and concerns. For example, dealing with a difficult employee or co-worker;

Developmental Coaching designed to develop specific skills such as leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, relationships ; and

What Does Coaching Involve?
Coaching is a series of conversations between a coach and their client which are conducted via Zoom, telephone or face to face. Conversations usually range in length from 30 -60 minutes Frequency and length of sessions will be agreed up front. The progression of coaching conversations is agreed between the coach and their client. It can be done in a very structured manner, evolve organically conversation by conversation or fit somewhere in between.

Before beginning a Coaching engagement, there is always a FREE 30 minute introductory session with no obligation for you to continue. They involve an opportunity to meet, an introduction to coaching, and the opportunity to bring along issues you wish to address.

Coaching is not therapy or counselling. Coaching is a tool to support you to live the life you desire, and most of us desire more than what we currently have; more success, better relationships, more alignment and connection to ourselves. A coach partners with you to tap into your wisdom within to support you to to step into the potential that you desire.
