Scrambled Eggs


Free Range Eggs – 2-3 per person (preferably organic)20160210_071033
Milk of Choice – 2 Tbsp per egg (I use Pureharvest Coco Quench)
Ghee, Lard or Butter for cooking (not margarine)

Side of Avocado and Cherry Tomatoes

Crack eggs into a bowl, add milk and beat until incorporated.

Heat a suitable sized pan, melt ghee. Pour in egg mixture.

Gently fold mixture at intervals until cooked.

Season with pink salt and pepper

Serve with a side of avocado and some fresh cherry tomatoes.
