2 cups gluten free steal cut oats
1 cup of fresh orange or apple juice
1/2 cup organic sultanas
1/2 cup ground nuts
1/2 cup dehydrated coconut flakes
2 mashed bananas
2 chopped oranges
2 grated apples
1 cup natural yoghurt (dairy or coconut)
Blueberries to top – optional
Soak the oats overnight in the orange or apple juice. It is best to use a glass container for this purpose. In the morning you simply stir through the remaining ingredients. This can be served as is or with additional coconut milk to make it more like a breakfast bowl.
This muesli also makes a wonderful lunch box addition. Simply place in glass jars with a tight fitting lid.
