2 Ingredient Pancake

Ingredients Banana-and-egg-protein-pancakes-with-syrup

1 Large Banana – super ripe with brown spots all over the skin
2 Eggs – Free Range and Organic


Mash the Banana
Beat the eggs then whisk into the mashed banana
Heat your fry pan and add a little oil to stop them sticking if needed.
Pop a dersert spoon sized dollop of mixture into your pan, briefly cook until just browned on the bottom then flip and repeat.

Eat on their own, have cold in lunch boxes, or have fresh out of the pan with organic berries and some pure maple syrup
